Our Insurance and Accreditation Details

As Domestic Energy Assessors carrying out Energy Performance Certificates in Swansea and the surrounding area we must be accredited with a government approved accreditation scheme. The Quidos Accreditation Scheme is a highly respected scheme that operates to ensure that all its members are fully capable of conducting high quality energy assessments. Consequentially extensive checks on the credentials of applicants are carried out, and followed up with continual Quality Assurance monitoring throughout membership.

At NS Energy Assessments our insurance is provided by the Quidos Accreditation scheme via Hiscox insuers and we are fully covered to carry our Energy Performance Certificates in Swansea. We are covered by Professional Indemnity and General Liability Insurance. As Domestic Energy Assessors we are governed by a Domestic Code of Conduct, CRB checked and have procedures in place for complaints.
